Mr. Thangavelu A. Suppiah entered government service in Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur in 1980. He began his service in the Judicial and Legal Services in 1995 as a First-Class Magistrate and served at Butterworth, Georgetown and Klang Magistrates' Courts. In 2003 and onward, he served as a Senior Federal Counsel in the International Affairs Division and Research Division, as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Prosecution Division and Appeals and Trials Division in the Attorney General's Chambers, Putrajaya. He has about 18 years of experience in trial and appellate advocacy at all levels of the court hierarchy. In 2016 he was posted as Deputy Public Prosecutor in Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission in Putrajaya until retirement in 2021. He joined Enforcement, Leadership & Management University (ELMU) in 2021.

Azhar Kassim Mustapha is the founder and the CEO of Nervesis, Malaysia. With Nervesis, Azhar architects ZYGY, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) that captures essential information from documents, web and social media to automate assessments and recommendations. ZYGY is recognized as Top 10 Cognitive Technology Solution Providers - 2019 by ApacCIOOutlook.

In addition to his role as the CEO of Nervesis, Azhar was also a Research Specialist at Multimedia University of Malaysia (MMU), where he led a team conducting advanced research and development (R&D) work funded by the Matsushita Corporation of Japan. Azhar has written and published numerous scientific papers at the international level.

Phil began his career in ICT after completing a degree in Computer Science, then joined Leicestershire Police in 2003. He served in various frontline roles and became a qualified policing instructor.

In 2015, he led training for the Niche RMS system across five UK police forces, managing large teams as a Sergeant.

He joined Nottingham Trent University in 2018 and became Principal Lecturer in 2019, overseeing policing and international law enforcement courses, including overseas partnerships.

Phil has worked with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission since 2020 and served as Adjunct Associate Professor at Saito University College from 2021 to 2023.

In 2023, he was appointed a Justice of the Peace. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Senior Leadership in Higher Education and an MBA. Phil now serves as Project Director for Law Enforcement Training with ELMU, supporting the professional development of Malaysian law enforcement agencies.
